Ancora Pizzeria provides you the most authentic Southern Italy experience you can find in New Orleans. Their oven was made by Stefano Ferrara and imported from Naples. With the great cooking of chef Jeff Talbot on an oven straight from Naples, it’s the next best thing to being in Southern Italy. All of this and fresh salumi too.
